Abstract:  Basic principles of cognitive pragmatics and discourse studies make it possible among linguistic-cultural concepts to single out concepts of communicative behavior and their varieties: concepts-events and attributive regulative concepts. Concepts-events are modeled as a dynamic frame-scenario of a specific situation and correspond to a speech act. Concepts-attributes of communicative behavior characterize the situation as a whole; they correspond to the slot of quality in a concept-event frame and are embodied in discourse through its strategies or tactics.

Keywords:  discourse, attributive concept, concept-event, the concept of communicative behavior, regulative, strategy, tactics
