‘GTO’ SIGN AS ONE OF THE SOCIO-CULTURAL DOMINANTS OF THE SOVIET EPOCH: COGNITIVE AND EVALUATIVE FEATURES

Abstract:  The report deals with the analysis of discourse realization allowed to reveal positive associative and evaluative cognitive features of one of cultural and ideological symbols of the Soviet era: the GTO sign which guaranteed physical fitness and high moral qualities of the bearer.
