CORPUS DATA IN SEMANTIC RESEARCH (Based on the Synonyms of the Cluster “Strange”)

Abstract:  The article attempts to refine differences among the synonymous adjectives of the “strangeness” group in English by applying a combination of methods including corpus-based analysis, antonym-based data and etymological reference.
