FULL VERBS FUNCTIONING AS COPULAS: INTERPRETATIVE POTENTIAL

Abstract: 
The author shows the interpretative potential of full English verbs functionally used as copulas. It is demonstrated that the verbs of different semantics can function as copulative verbs imparting the evaluative character to the judgment.
