Abstract:
The article defines and illustrates such notions as a «target zone of understand-ding» and the «process of understanding» itself. It distinguishes between three levels of understanding: complete understanding, partial understanding and misunderstanding. It also identifies the position of understanding in the target zone of understand-ding and proves the conclusion graphically.
