ATHROPOCENTRIC APPROACH TO THE COGNITIVE DESCRIPTION OF POLYSEMOUS WORDS SEMANTICS

Abstract:  Currently, such scientific principles as anthropocentrism, conceptualization, evolutionism, gestaltism etc. are at the forefront of cognitive paradigm. Anthropo-centric principle points to such urgent problems as human communication and lan-guage, thinking and consciousness, language and human physiology, language and speech. Human mind has always felt similarity between the structure and the func-tioning of his body and plant structure and, vice versa, in plants it has seen an analogy with the human body. The proposed approach of invariant semantics aims at con-firming the thesis that a thinking process takes place in generalizations moving by numerous means through the specific to the general and from the general through the specific to the singular.
