METAREPRESENTATIVE NATURE OF COMPOSITE SENTENCES AND COMMUNICATIVE PERSPECTIVE

Abstract:  The article emphasizes the fact that cognizing the world in language and using the results of this process in speech, an individual interprets a composite (compound, complex, or compound-complex) sentence as a linguistic knowledge format of metarepresentative nature, and on this basis offers communicative perspective of composite sentences in the course of social interaction.
