ACTIVITY/PASSIVITY AS THE BASIS FOR THE DIVISION OF NOUNS BY GENDER

Abstract: 
The article is devoted to description of the category of gender nouns, developed in the psychosystematic theory. Special attention is given to the peculiarities of formation and evolution of the gender in French.
