METEOROLOGICAL METAPHOR AS A WAY OF CONCEPTUALIZATION OF MAN’S INNER WORLD

Abstract: 
This article is devoted to the analysis of meteorological metaphors used in re-presentation of inner world. The frames and slots structuring the given metaphor are consistently described, the lexical units included in metaphoric representation are established, the bases of metaphorical transfer are defined. The material of the research are texts of the Russian classical literature of XVIII–XX centuries.
