DEFINING THE STATUS OF COGNITIVE RESEARCH ON THE POETIC TEXT AND ITS FURTHER PROSPECTS

Abstract: 
The article reviews the current state of cognitive poetics as a scientific discipline and the prospects of its further development. The author’s conception of the creative language consciousness as a methodological basis for the cognitive research on the poetic text, which can incorporate other more specific issues in the field of cognitive research into poetry is proposed.
