Abstract
The article presents a possibility of further investigation of speech generation processes and mental lexicon structuring based on the data from British National Corpus and modern computer dictionaries (Oxford Collocations Dictionary). Conclusion is made about possibility to approach collocations of words emotion(s) and feeling(s) as language representations for speaker’s thought, unfolding in the process of generating utterance about emotions and feelings.
