Abstract: 
The article studies “self” and “other” knowledge as a complex conceptual format that is realized in the process of on-line conceptualization. Particularities of “self” and “other” conceptualization are analysed in the German political discourse observed in the German chancellor Angela Merkel’s public speeches.
