Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the linguo-cultural concept «Mauer» as a mental for-mation fixing in its structure culturally meaningful associations. The main discourse feature of this concept in German linguo-cultural space – transmission is revealed. The material of the investigation represented by the poetic works of contemporary German writers confirms the initial hypothesis of the author that the basic lexeme objectifying this concept is a word-value in German bélles-léttres discourse.
