Abstract:
The paper explores the terms of “perspective” and “perspectivization” in cognitive linguistics. Analysing TV news reports, the author shows that perspective can be used as an effective tool for sociocognitive analysis of multimodal discourse.However, to achieve this aim, it is important to solve a number of research issues.
