POLYSEMY: THE PATH TO UNDERSTANDING INNATE INTELLIGENCE

Abstract:  The article analyzes the epistemological limitations of semantic “cultural variation” in the study of cognitive intelligence. It substantiates the need to recognize the creative and synchronizing functions of language in understanding acceptable human “cognitive variability”.
