COGNITIVE DOMINANTS IN THE STRUCTURE OF LEXICO-SEMANTIC GROUPS

Abstract:  The paper sets out to show that the conceptual inner form of the lexical units belonging to one and the same semantic group includes similar conceptual substructures which may be considered to be cognitive dominants accounting for categorization within the semantic class.
