ON THE “FRIENDS” OF A COGNITIVE LINGUIST

Abstract: 
The article presents several examples of investigations when it is useful for a cognitive linguist to turn to specialists in other fields of knowledge (theologian, ethnologist, musicologist and so on), as well as to the self-awareness of informants in the process of field research.
