SPACE PARAMETER IN THE CONCEPTUAL STRUCTURE OF THE OLFACTORY SPHERE (on the material of the French language)

Abstract: 
This article is devoted to the system-structured possibilities of the French language nominative units in the sphere of smell denomination, which is the result of a human being’s olfactory perception. Semantic processes in olfactory nomination are analyzed and nominative potential of linguistic units is defined. It is done on the basis of laying down the parameter of structuring reflected in the language system of knowledge concerning olfactory phenomenon reflected in the language system.
