Abstract:
The work focuses on the discoursive phenomenon of fictive interaction which is understood as the construing of objects as if they were participants of a communicative act which in reality has never taken place. It is shown in the work that fictive interaction in film discourse is of multimodal nature and is based on the mechanisms of viewpoint construction. These mechanisms are actualized through various lexical, grammatical and pragmatic means in the speech of characters or the narrator, and also through different visual devices.
