Abstract:
The article discusses the problem of differentiating two types of conceptual entities, which are equally termed concepts, according to the goals, objects, and results of conceptualization: thematic and operational concepts. The former deal with storing knowledge in the conceptual systems while the latter are translated in the process of communication. The difference is also observed in their structure and contents.
