Abstract:
The English language is constantly enriched by new words. Some of them are phrasal verbal nouns that turn out to be conceptually more complex than the phrasal verbs motivating them. The investigation of semantic pecularities and wordbuilding mechanisms of such derivatives helps to reflect the pragmatic factors that influence their formation and function.
