ON THE PRINCIPLES OF COGNITIVE LINGUISTIC MODELLING OF METAPHOR

Abstract: 
On the material of cuisine metaphor principles of linguo-cognitive modelling of metaphor are studied. It is shown that language and cognitive mechanisms of «container» representation are closely connected. The principal models of metaphorical conceptualization in Russian and French phraseology are shown.
