THE PROBLEM OF EVALUATIVE CATEGORIZATION OF ECOLOGICAL TERMINOLOGY

Abstract: 
The article deals with the problems of evaluative categorization. As a practical material for the analysis of formation of evaluative categories ecological terminology is taken. The rational basis of ecological evaluative terms is underlined. It is stated that ecological terms can be evaluated according to their effect on the environment, especially to the degree of their correspondence to the accepted norms and standards.
