Abstract: This part is devoted to revealing anthropocentric characteristics of language through state formatting of knowledge about the world. The main constituents of stative format of linguistic knowledge are given. The interpretative character of concept-function STATE and its conceptual and thematic domains are described. The general and specific cognitive matrix of state is revealed. Cognitive and language mechanisms of forming state senses are analysed.
