Author:  S. V. Kiseleva, N. G. Gataullina

Abstract:  In terms of cognitive linguistics, the hot debate in the sphere of contract law between the followers of the consent-based approach and the followers of the benefit-based approach lies in the sphere of conceptualization. The complex cognitive semantics approach including application of componential analysis, the method to reveal the substantial core of lexeme's system, Idealised Cognitive Models analysis and the model of neurological levels allows to clarify one conceptual sphere of the discussion and contributes to resolve its contradictions. The method is applied to the cluster of contract essentials.

Keywords:  complex cognitive semantics analysis, substantial core of lexemes' system, Idealized Cognitive Models, terminological system.
