Abstract:  The problem of interrelations between language, knowledge and evaluation in non-formal interview is investigated in the article in terms of at what point and how evaluation appears in the dialogic utterance and starts to influence sequence of the utterances. In the function aspect the dialogic utterance is formed by an individual’s illocutive action and propositional content reflecting a certain state of affairs. Evaluation affects both utterance components, as a rule, without explicit expressing.
