THE SUBJECTIVE AND OBJECTIVE IN PERCEPTION AND CATAGORIZATION OF COLOR TERMS

Abstract:  The article deals with the idea of subjective and objective aspects of present models of color categorization and further nomination. The objective universals of color perception are physiological process of color vision, the wave nature of color and physical combinations of composite colors from primary ones. The other aspects of categorization and nomination are anthropocentrically de-pendant on personal characteristics of an individual and thus may be referred to the subjective field.
