COMPUTER-CORPUS BASED TECHNOLOGY “VISUAL THESAURUS” AS A TOOL OF ANALYSIS IN LINGVOPERSONOLOGY

Abstract:  The article deals with the methodology, applied to the texts of B. Obama speeches, with the aim to obtain data about the conceptual structure PROGRESS, represented in the texts. Combination of computer technologies, based on British National Corpus, and the analysis of the texts, performed by the authors of the article, makes it possible to conclude, that the methodology presented can be applied as a tool in linguopersonology.
