RULES OF PROCEDURE AND THEIR ROLE IN SPEECH GENERATION PROCESS

Abstract:  The report is aimed at discussing the mechanisms of innovations’ arising in Russian speaking and those foreign language speaking children who acquire the Russian language as a second one (a non-mother tongue, a foreign language). The innovations concern not only word form structures or noun prepositional case forms, but also unconventional choices of grammemes in the process of speech generation.
