ELEMENTS OF COGNITIVE-LINGUISTIC MODELING IN DEFINING THE CONTENT AND FORM OF STATUTORY REGULATORY ENACTMENTS

Abstract:  The authors analyse the process of forming the necessary body of statutory geulatory enactments body for economic management in the Russian Federation. The possibility of applying cognitive-linguistic methods for management modeling is considered. Regulation of the Federal Assembly of State Duma is viewed as a ‘pilot’ project for introducing cognitive elements into the process of creating normative acts.
