COGNITIVE BASES OF REPRESENTING UNIVERSAL SENSES AND RELATIONS IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE THESAURUSES

Abstract:  The report examines the cognitive principles which allow to single out a separate ideographic vocabulary class in the Russian language, representing universal meanings and relationships. The author considers lexical units as represented in the thesauri created by the lexicographers of the Ural semantic school: thesaurus of Russian synonyms, thesaurus of Russian adjectives, greater ideographic dictionary (thesaurus) of the Russian language.
