THE COGNITIVE ASPECT OF AN “ET CETERA” GRAMMATICAL CONSTRUCTION IN THE DICTIONARY AND IN THE DISCOURSE

Abstract:  The paper deals with the components of the coordinating constructions “so on”, “so forth”, “and similar things” tagging the boundlessness of the named category’s elements. The role of these discursive elements in the process of the functional categorization is analyzed.
