Abstract:
Viewed from the cognitive-semiotic approach, intertextuality is presented by the author as a means of externalizing cultural memory in the text, and in a more specific, linguistic aspect, as a means of coding meaning by referring to another text, which results in the double reference and synretism of meaning.
Keywords: intertextuality, cultural memory, double reference, syncretism of meaning
