REPRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPT ‘COLOUR’ IN GERMAN SPORTS DISCOURSE

The article deals with some aspects of concept ‘Colour’ objectivation in the German sports discourse. The main cases of colour lexemes use in sports communication are distinguished; their role in representing subjects, objects, facts and phenomena of the sports world is specified; internal and external projections for colour semantics use are determined; some cultural peculiarities of colour semantic space meaning are described.
