EVALUATIVE POTENTIAL OF DERIVED WORDS

Abstract: 
In the article evaluative potential of denominal verbs is considered. The conceptual derivation is defined as a conceptual basis of the formation of senses of these units. Evaluative aspect of senses of derived words is formed with the help of cognitive mechanisms of metaphor, metonymy and metaphtonomy.
