Abstract: 
The article reveals the system of basic ideas and main methodological principles of the cognitive-discoursive paradigm that take part in formation of system methodology of linguistics. Suggested is unified hierarchical structure of system methodology of modern polyparadigmatic linguistics that consists of nine levels.
