Abstract
Proceedings of the 19 International Congress of Linguists (Geneva, July 22–27 2013) give an idea about the problematics and modern trends of the cognitive linguistics in Europe and in the USA. On the whole, the approaches to this problematics coincide reflecting integration processses in world linguistics and are characterized by accumulation of empirical and experimental data as a base for wide generalizations and advancement of new hypotheses, broad interaction with related sciences, elaboration of new methods of research, development of theoretical foundations of the cognitivism.
