CONCEPTUAL DOMAINS OF UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN SHELL-NOUNS

The article is focused on the problem of conceptualization of special group of English and Russian shell-nouns, detects their conceptual content, determines the domains of conceptualization, and allocates main comprehension contexts of this group of nouns.
