INTERPRETATIVE POTENTIAL OF PRECEDENT PHENOMENA

The article describes the interpretative potential of precedent phenomena, identifies symbolic cognitive signs of precedents, analyzes precedent chain and precedent paradigm included in the precedent nest with a shared source; binary patterns and precedent contaminants.
