VARIATION OF LAW TERMS IN COGNITIVE ASPECT

Abstract: 
The purpose of this article is to describe the peculiarity of the variation of American law doctrines selected from Black's Law Dictionary. The author classifies the terminological variants from a cognitive point of view and discusses the most typical ways of terminological variability of American law doctrines.
