VERBALISATION OF THE CONCEPT INCOME IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Abstract: 
The given research analyzes verbalizations of the economic concept INCOME in the English language. The author describes the cognitive structure of the concept, which includes the three key elements: the recipient of income, the source of income and the form of income. Proceeding from the given model the author describes the difference between the terms «gross proceeds» and «gross receipt» which are both translated into Russian as «валовой доход».
