CONCEPT ANALYSIS OF SUBSTANTIVES DENOTING NONINHERENT QUALITIES OF A MAN (based on English and Lezghin languages

Abstract: 
The problem is studied on the sample of transposition, and substantivization in particular. Formation of the semantic structure of substantivized adjectives, denoting noninherent qualities of a man, is investigated by means of the theory of conceptual integration. The cognitive analysis focuses on propositional models, underlying wordbuilding processes in English and Lezghin languages. These models disclose hierarchy of propositional structures in substantivization, demonstrate universal and specific character of cognitive processes in typologically different languages.
