VARIATIONS OF PROPER NAMES IN INDOEUROPEAN LANGUAGES

Abstract: 
The author examines different variations of onymic word formation. Comparative analysis of morphological, lexical and syntactical levels of onymic systems in indoeuropean languages is carried out. Such approach to Russian and English language units allows to determine universal and specific onymic models of word formation in both languages.
