Abstract
On the basis of the ascertainment of such two fundamental principles as structure and motion in the report is described the essence of structures as a regular re-production of entities. The report contains an explanation of the link between the meaning and form in the linguistic sign, which consists in their common spectrum of reproduction. A really infinite character of emotions, the essence of speech and communication are explained. This allows to understand correctly the connection between mental structures and language. The conclusion is made about an entirely superlinguistic character of structural semantics and the cognitional linguistics being really impossible.
