Abstract
The article focuses on researching the intersemiotic peculiarities of the complex of the linguocognitive ways a positive-emotional manipulative influence is realized in American political printed massmedia discourse from the point of view of cognitive linguistics and emotiology. The specific features of the positive-emotional manipulation semiotic polycode in American political mediacommunication is revealed on the phonographical, lexical and grammatical levels of the verbal objectivization of the categorial concept POSITIVE EMOTION.
