THE CHRONOTOPES “HOME” AND “FAMILY” IN LEO TOLSTOY’S POETICS BASED ON THE STORY “THE DEATH OF IVAN ILYCH”

Abstract: 
The article is devoted to a consecutive review of “home” and “family” chronotopes in the story “The Death of Ivan Ilych” by Leo Tolstoy. Special attention in the text analysis is paid to the functions of the details in the chronotope structure formation especially to the first and second order chronotopes, revealing the implicit and explicit dynamics of the action.
