KEYWORD ANALYSIS AS A BASIC METHOD OF LINGUISTIC COGNITIVE DESCRIPTION OF A CONCEPT IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND CULTURES

Abstract: 
The paper looks at keyword analysis as a basic method of linguistic cognitive description of a concept which is exemplified by the German words Fremdwort and Fremdsprache and their Russian equivalents – inostrannoye/inoyazychnoye slovo and inostranny yazyk. Their definitions and inner forms are compared in the two languages, which reveals differences in their underlying concepts in German and Russian languages and cultures.
