ETHNO-CULTURAL TOPONYMIC CONCEPT ‘DER RHEIN’ IN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE SEMANTIC SPACE

Abstract: 
This article is dedicated to the study of the secondary conceptualization of the Rhine as an element of the German worldview by means of metaphorical mechanism. Features of language representation of the concept of ethno-cultural toponymy in the semantic space of the German language are considered.
