THE CONCEPT ‘TIME’ IN THE LIGHT OF COLOR IN ITALIAN PHRASEOLOGY

Abstract: 
The article is dedicated to the study of the role that idioms with the color-component play in the objectification of the concept TIME in the Italian language. Processing the work we reveal the type of interpretation of the color meaning in terms of the traditional symbolic views or dependent upon a certain culture.
