PROPOSITIONAL UNDERSTANDING AS METAREPRESENTATION

Abstract: 
The article deals with the problem of correlation of the notions of propositional understanding and linguistic metarepresentations. Basic types of metarepresentations characteristic of the verbs of this class are analyzed.
